Job/person summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive person with experience or understanding of attachment needs as well as an awareness of children’s Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. You should be able to attune to a child’s needs and adapt quickly in various situations, being resilient and independent in supporting children in line with school policies and relationship expectations.
The Teaching Assistant will play an important role in supervising the activities of pupils during the teaching period and midday sessional break within the school, including both indoor and outdoors areas, ensuring a safe environment is maintained at all times; please view the job description for further details on the role and responsibilities.
