Term-time, plus inset days (39 weeks)
Salary Range: Grade 9, SCP 19-25 (£29,777 – £33,945 FTE)
Actual Salary: £24,773 – £28,629 per annum, pro rata (pay award pending)
Starting November 2024, Fixed Term until August 2025, initially

We have a unique and exciting opportunity for the right person to lead our Forest School provision as well as working closely with children in our nurture room. The successful candidate will work 1:1 with children, take small groups and whole classes.
Our ideal candidate would have experience of supporting pupils with additional needs within a Primary or Nursery School setting, be a qualified Forest School Leader and ELSA trained or willing to undertake training. We would like someone who has the ability to motivate and encourage children and who is enthusiastic, positive as well as an excellent team player. They should have good communication skills and a passion to support children to be the best that they can be.
