About The Role

Quality Assurance has a fantastic opportunity to further develop some of the QA work within the QARO function to include the tracking and assurance of court work.  This will facilitate tracking timeliness of children subject to PLO, effective support and plans under Supervision Orders, timeliness of proceedings and the work undertaken, Permanence arrangements, C2 applications and quality of work in Adoption cases. To analyse a range of data and intelligence and the translation of this information into reports and plans to improve outcomes for children and families.

This will include but not be limited to QA of the court statements and care plans to help facilitate learning, support progress of our pre proceedings work, QA of CPR’s and readiness for ADMs to deliver improved quality of the work.  Supporting less experienced staff or those who may be new to court work by sharing your skills and experience.

You will need experience of managing staff and demonstrate a good understanding of the court processes and quality needed in this work with good oversight of tracking and monitoring to ensure timescales are met and ability to devise and implement improvement activity. You will need significant understanding of legislation and timeframes.

You must:

  • have a degree in social work/Occupational Therapy or equivalent
