Chief Operating Officer – Countrymen UK  21 Hours per week

Fixed term contract 2 years

We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer who will be able to progress the sustainability of the club whilst maintaining its core values and ethos.

Countrymen UK is a Charity based in rural Dorset near Sherborne using our Farm and countryside setting to help meet the challenges faced by men who find themselves isolated due to deterioration in their physical and mental health or changing social circumstances. Our members have conditions that may include Dementia, Parkinson's, Anxiety, Depression, Chronic Pain, Heart or Lung disorders or other conditions.

We aim to ensure that despite difficulties men are able to socialise, participate in practical outdoor activities and reflect on positive experiences.
